A Balanced Approach To Colour
Our permanent or semi permanent colour has a natural herbal base which is gentle in action both on the hair and scalp. Formulation of natural ingredients reduce the possibility of irritation to the scalp. Does not contain ammonia which leaves the integrity of the hair in a much better state than harsh chemicals.

At Fiddleheads Salon For Hair I use the very best products that are available to me. Locally sourced shampoos and conditioners leaving your hair with incredible shine looking its best.
Our Colour has an organic vegetable/herbal base which is gentle in action, both on the hair and scalp and its formulation from organic ingredients reduces the possibility of irritation to the scalp. It does not contain ammonia.
COVID-19 Update
As of March 21st: the mask mandate was lifted for salons in Nova Scotia and I chose to keep everything as is in the salon.
Effective May 6th: Fiddleheads will drop it’s mandatory masking. However, your comfort is important. Realizing that some will feel more secure masking, at your request I will certainly wear my mask. Masks still required when entering or exiting the building or using the washroom as I share the building with other’s. I will provide if needed.
I will continue with protocols in the shop. I am vaccinated and will continue asking for proof of vaccination for all clients- both vaccines and a booster. All current sanitization methods ongoing and will remain. I ask if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to Covid 19 that you please reschedule your appointment. Please continue to sanitize your hands when you arrive.
